Returns and refunds

We want you to be confident ordering from Kenny's Supply Co. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. After review, we may provide a replacement, replacement part, or refund at no additional cost. Do not discard the product or packaging until your request is resolved.

Change-of-mind returns

To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We will provide the approved return address after reviewing your request.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before warehouse processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to post the credit after it is issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Exceptions

We cannot cover damage caused by misuse, improper power supply, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or an incorrect delivery address supplied at checkout.
